Maintenance is severely lacking!!! Shower fixtures needed serious work, with leaks and half-functioning elements. The entire building shows its age, with stained carpets giving a bad impression. Invest in some new furniture while you're at it!!!

Recent renovations were evident from the moment I walked in. The view from my room was absolutely stunning, especially looking out onto the peaceful river. The customer service stood out, too. I received a personal call to check on my arrival after running late, which was a nice touch. My room and the grounds felt clean, and the flowers on the dock really added to the charm. Unfortunately, there were a few issues. I noticed some parts of the room could use a bit more attention, like the worn linens and a refrigerator that wasn’t exactly spotless. The lack of room service also caught me off guard, especially on a busy stay. Overall, it had a great atmosphere, just needs a bit more focus on cleanliness and upkeep.
